Every year our engineering team travels the country recording presentations and conferences of all sizes from trade shows with 60,000 attendees to classroom style breakout sessions. We can record multiple concurrent sessions, by either providing our own microphones or by taking a feed directly from your A/V company’s mixing board. Next, we can duplicate these recordings on CD at the event and package them for immediate on-site sales. Multiple sessions can be sold individually or combined into a set provided in a vinyl album featuring your company's custom printed inserts. Members of our staff can manage the sales desk, while our engineering team ensures high quality recordings of each presentation.

Offering CD and USB Flash drive sales at your next annual meeting or workshop can mean thousands of dollars in additional revenue for your company, as a percentage of the sales are often returned to the client. Above All Multimedia has a number of suggestions to help you promote sales, and many of our clients have received literally thousands of dollars following their conference, with little or no up front investment. After the conference, we will continue to fill orders taken via phone, fax, email, and US Mail, which can begin to provide residual monthly income for your company as well.
We also have the ability to sequence your Powerpoint Presentation to your conference recording providing a visual reference to go with your audio.(Not available for on-site duplication)
